Life's all about meeting and parting..only the memories
remain.. people change with time, situations and
circumstances, not necessarily towards the worst..
as one grows old, one is bestowed with various
responsibilites.. one has to deal with ones' personal
life, professional life, career, financial matters,
may be love life, family , children etc etc.. one may
have to land up in some unknown land just to fulfill
ones' goals, dreams or may be out of compulsion to
accomplish some thing.. so the ones' who were with us,
may be right from childhood may suddenly go far away from
us and we may not even get an opportunity to meet
them... on the other hand someday someone may enter our
life from nowhere and may stay on till the end..
tht's the beauty of life..

YARD
Yet Another Rainy Day!!..It rained again yesterday...from early in the morning until late in the night..probably one of the longest spans of continuous downpour in the last couple of years that i have witnessed Bangalore rain.
As usual, the city went haywire..chaos on the roads... water clogging everywhere..the water level went on rising with every passing minute..most of the low lying areas already about to submerge... It was not a very heavy rain though. Back at my home town, along the western coast of Karnataka, this kind of rain is just the beginning of the monsoons.. there it pours day and night for several days at a stretch and that does not affect the routine of the people by even a bit. Water gracefully flows on the lands and meadows and finally becomes one with the great Arabian sea. Some of the water gets percolated into the soil as well.
Bangalore soil is more clayey in nature. Does not have the ability to absorb water.
Most of the companies closed quite early yesterday to facilitate people to reach their homes early and safe. This reminded me of my good-old school days when we used to get a day off if it rained heavily.
Today it looked quite pleasant outside. But you never know when sky may open up. I think its high time for Bangaloreans to sing in unison "Rain, rain go away.."
